Chhenapoda is a traditional odia dessert. It is nothing but a baked cottage cheese cake. It is also one of the 56 bhog offered to lord Jagannath. It can also be serve any party or festival dessert in Odisha. It can be baked in traditional method using the banana leaf in a heavy bottomed vessel , but I can used pressure cooker for baking it. You can also bake it in the microwave.
