  1. 1Cinnamon stick or a tsp powder
  2. Halflitre water
  3. Honey

Steps

    Put your water to boil

  2. 2

    Add cinnamon

  3. 3

    Allow to simmer for 3 mins

  4. 4

    Allow to rest then sieve the water if it's the powdered one

  5. 5

    Add 1tspn honey

  6. 6

    Serve warm. Enjoy
