Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgmatumbo
  2. Cayenne
  3. Curry powder
  4. Vinegar
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your matumbo with cold water soak them in warm water for 10 min and rinse them

  2. 2

    Boil them for 30 min with vinegar

  3. 3

    Cut your Tomatoes and Onions and add them to your meat

  4. 4

    Add the spices curry powder and caynne

  5. 5

    Cook for 20 min

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
