Stuffing ingredients for momos

Take a bowl,add maida,salt and water makes a dough.

Greased little oil&cover a wetcloth&keep it aside for 10 minuits.

Mix all ingredients of stuffing squize the water with a cloth&keep it aside.

Take a ball size from daugh roll it &stuff the veggies.&cover all side's.

Steam the momos with a steamer.

Swallow fry the momos.

Take a bowl add all marinated ingredients.mix it well.

Marrinate the fried momos.Than heat a charcoal.in the middle of the momos put a foil pepper put the heated charcoal,add little ghee &cocer it.5 mints.

Heat a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil,add smokey momos roasted on high flem.

Sprinckle chopped onion,chat masala&corriender leaves serve with any type of chutney or dips.

Smokey Tandoori momos is ready.
