Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 cupMaida
  • 1/4 cuprice flour
  • 1brinjal
  • 1sweet potato
  • 1onion
  • 1potato
  • As neededSalt
  • PinchBlack pepper
  • For fryingOil
  • For dip :
  • 1/4 cupVinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • As neededSalt
  • PinchPepper powder
  • SomeChopped celery or fresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop veggies into roundels

  2. 2

    Mix Maida, rice flour, Salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Add chilled water. Dip veggies in this batter and deep fry till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Mix the ingredients of dip and serve Tempura.
