Steps

Wash zobo, lemon grass to a sizeable pot enough to boil the zobo.

Slice the pineapple, wash the bark and add to the pot of zobo

Pound the ginger and cloves and add to the pot of zobo and bring to boil.

Bring the pot down and filter the zobo mixture.
- 5
Blend cucumber and the pineapple and to the filtered, add water to tour desire.
- 6
Put in the refrigerator and allow to chill, then serve.
