Wash and parboil rice and set aside wen half done. Wash and remove scales from shrimps and boil slightly with onions, pepper, salt and seasoning cubes.

Mix veggies and allow to cool in the fridge, put vegetable oil on medium high and add salt and dry pepper on Mackerel and then fry.

Put steamed shrimps In a bowl, add curry powder, dry pepper, blended onion, a little salt and mix together then grill.

Whilst that is, fry your blended tomato paste to done, add seasoning and salt to taste scoop a little out to dip the fish in and add rice and shrimp stock and water enough to cook the rice properly, taste to be sure everything is balance and then cook till done.

Wash and cut ur plantain, salt it and fry in veg oil till golden brown. Mix Salat with cream and Serve and enjoy meal.
