Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pan for 1-2 hrs meanwhile keep scraping the malai from the corners of the Kadhai

Let the milk reduce to less than half quantity... Add 5-6 strands of saffron and little cardamom powder.

Then add chopped almonds and pistachios... When the milk reduce to one fourth add 40-50 gms of sugar

Take it off the flame cool down, Your Rabri is ready

Now take bread slice, cut in triangle and deep fry till golden.

Now in a pan add water and sugar, boil to make a syrup.To this add cardamom powder and saffron.

Check the consistency to one string.Put the gas off.

Dip each slice in this syrup for 4-5 seconds, take it off and arrange in a plate repeat for each slice of bread...

Then top all the slices with Rabri, garnish with pistachios and serve.
