Boil milk in a vessel.

Add cornflour and sugar. Stir.

Turn the gas off when it becomes thick.

Keep on stirring for ten minutes.

Grease a flat bottomed bowl with butter and pour the thick mixture.

Wrap the bowl with foil paper and keep in refrigerator for 6 hours.

Remove the wrap and place it in a plate.

Cut it into small pieces.

Dip the pieces in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle powdered sugar and cinnamon powder.
