Add milk in a pan. Let it boil until reduce half. Take 1 cup hot milk and melt khoya in it. Add to the milk. Add 1 tbsp rice powder mixing with milk

Add 2 tbsp sugar. Mix well. Put off flame. Add1/2 cup of melted jaggery. Mix well. Again boil in low flame and let it thick. Keep aside the filling.

Mix flour,rice powder,semolina,ghee,2 tbsp sugar,rest of jaggery. Add100 gram milk and required water to the mixture and make thin batter.

Heat a pan. Apply little bit oil. Brush it and pour small amount of batter and spread. After 1 minute add spoonful of filling and roll the patisapta. Roast both side. Do rest of the patisapta in this way. Serve hot or put into refrigerator and serve cool.
