Boil the milk.after 1 boil simmer the milk for 10 minutes.

Put saffron in little bit of hot milk add rose water,cardamom powder and let it sit until colour of saffron oozes out

Slivered almonds

Now put the saffron mix and sugar into milk and simmer for 2 minutes

After milk got thicken put grated Chenna into it and simmer for 2 minutes

Switch off the flame put almonds and serve hot or chilled
