Rice Cake(Baked)
A healthy cake.
Steps

First wash and soak rice for atleast 1 hour.

Add soaked rice in mixer grinder jar...And grind well...Add required water (little at a time.).. While grinding...To make smooth paste.

Now add jaggery and blend again till smooth..

Pour this batter into a bowl...Add coconut powder, milk, cardamom powder and nuts...Mix well.

Add baking powder and mix well.

Pour batter in a prepared greased cake pot...And bake for 25 mins...In preheated microwave on 180℃.

A healthy Rice cake is ready.

I have spread melted jaggery over the cake and garnished with pista flakes.
