1/2 cupcurd
2Finely chopped green chillies
1 tspmustard seeds
1 tbsp ghee
to tasteSalt

Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds and green chillies to it.

Let the seeds splutter a bit. Add rice to it.

Add salt and curd. Mix well

Cover cook for 5mins.

Serve hot. Garnish with mint or Coriander leaves.
