1Potato
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspCoriander powder
1 tspRed chilli powder
2Bay leaves 2
2-3Cloves
2Cardamom
1Cinnamon stick
1 tspGaram masala
1 tspCumin seeds
3-4 tspOil
2Onion
1 tsp gratedGinger garlic

Wash basmati rice

Chop all the veggies

Heat oil crackle cumin seeds

Add bay leaves,cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon stick

Add onion then ginger garlic paste
6

Add rice then water as required
7

Pressure cook it for 2 whistles

Enjoy delicious pulav
