First mash the cottage cheese with dairy whitener and condensed milk. Take a pan and bring in the mixture and stir it till the condensed milk is absorbed. Next pour some more condensed milk if required. Now add the strands of saffron soaked in the milk to give a nice colour and texture. Next add the nuts and give one last mix. When the milk gets absorbed , take it out in a flat plate and before pouring grease it with butter. Your tasty kalakand is ready. Serve it cool!!
