Ingredients

  • 1.5-4 lbschicken
  • 1-2onions
  • 1Kielbasa/Dinner sausage
  • 2-4 cupsChicken Broth
  • 1/2-1 cupWhite wine
  • 2 tbspSalt
  • 2 tbspPepper
  • 2 tbspGarlic
  • 1 tbspBasil
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut up onion into slices and cover bottom of crockpot

  2. 2

    Cut chicken into fist-sized pieces, rub them with oil, and place on top of onions

  3. 3

    Mix all seasonings together and sprinkle most of it over the chicken

  4. 4

    Slice sausage into 1-inch sections and sprinkle with the remainder of the seasoning mix

  5. 5

    Pour in the chicken broth and white wine

  6. 6

    Cook on high for 4-5.5 hours
