Ingredients

  • 200 gmpointed gourd
  • 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tsproasted cumin coriander powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add gourd slices and saute well

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Cover it till it is soft and moist

  5. 5

    Add ginger, red chilli Powder and cumin powder and saute well
