  1. 1 cupflour (besan)
  2. 1/2 cupGhee/clarified butter
  3. 1 cupBura cheene/tagar
  4. 1/4 tspGreen cardamom
  5. 2 tbspRaisins
  6. 2 sheetsSilver vark

  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter in a pan.

    . Roast the besan on medium heat until light brown in colour and give out the fragrance

  3. 3

    After stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    Let the besan cool down, now add bura cheene/tagar, cardamom powder and raisins.

  5. 5

    Mix it well.

  6. 6

    Shape it into ladoo

  7. 7

    Garnish with silver vark and store it in a air tight container.
