First for making rabdi -- in a heavy bottomed pan/ nonstick pan..Add milk and bring it up to boil...Low the flame...And cook until thick...Stir occasionally...When milk gets thick add condensed milk and cardamom powder...Mix well...Cook for a min...And switch off the flame..keep aside..Let it cool..

Now in a pan heat together ghee + oil.. Switch off the flame..Keep aside..

In a pan add 3/4 cup sugar along with water...And cook for few minutes (2-3 mins)..Keep aside.

In another pan add half amount of ghee+ oil mixture...Add besan..And roast till u get nice aromat smell..Or nice colour....Then add prepared sugar syrup (little at a time)..And continue stirring...Add remaining ghee + oil mixture...Stir continuously....And switch off the flame...Let it cool..

Now for assembling -..Take a serving glass...Add crumbled besan...Then make a layer of prepared rabdi..(over the layer of crumbled besan).And then again fill with crumbled besan.... Garnish with almonds, pista flakes and with cherry..

Delicious crumbled besan dessert is ready to serve.
