Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 2 cupsour curd
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • Salt
  • For stuffing
  • 2 tbspGrated carrot
  • 2 tbspgrated paneer
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • For tempering
  • 1 tbspmustard oil
  • 1/2 tspmustard seed
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbspGrated coconut

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix besan, curd, water, and all spices and make thick batter

    Now put the batter in a pan and boil for 1 minute

    Now lower the flame and cook until it thicken

    Simmer until it forms a thick paste

    Now grease a plate and spread the mix and thin the layer and allow it to cool

  6. 6

    Now put the stuffing and roll it tightly

    For tempering put oil in a pan then put all ingredients and put tempering over khandvi
