Heat your oven at 200c°. Sieve all the dry product together (wheat,salt,biocarbonate soda en ginger)

Then mix all the product together (dry en liquid) make a soft dough

Cut them into small round

Form a flat shape by decorating it with a folk

Place your uncooked cookies in the oven at 225c°en wait for 15 minutes when they are brown remove from the pan.

When it cool serve with ukwaju juice
