1 bowlbajri flour
1small onion finely chopped
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
as neededGhee
as neededButter

Steps

1

Take a big bowl put the maize flour.

Add onion,salt,red chilli powder and water and make a dough.

Take some dough and make a shape of roti.
4

Heat tawa and put the ghee and cook the roti both side on medium flame.
5

Keep the butter on bajri ki roti and ready to serve.
