Malai kofta
Steps

For kofta:- Take a plate grate paneer mash boiled potato and cornflour then add salt black peper and mix well. Make lemon size ball from the dough and the flatten the ball and place chopped cashews raisins in the middle and again make ball. Now deep fry the balls on medium flame. Note:- do not touch koftas while deep frying until it's done from one side then only turn to another side otherwise it will splitter.

For white gravy:- Take mixture pot put cashews, onions, poppy seeds (khuskhus), muskmelon seeds, green chillies and grind them into a fine paste.

Take a pan put oil then add cloves, cinnamon stick, elaicha, tej patta to it then add white gravy and stir continuously as the gravy leaves oil in the side of it after that add cream and mix well for 1min. Then add yoghurt and mix well then add salt and water as required. Then let it cook for 1min. Then add all koftas to it and at end crushed kasuri methi and mix well and serve.
