Wash fish clean with hot water, cut into sizes and put diced onions, blended pepper, salt, seasoning cubes, crayfish, local spices and cover pot

Allow to boil very well, wash and slice scented leave. Taste that everything is okay then add the leaves and turn off heat immediately.
