1 cuprefined oil
To tastesalt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Peel and slice the potatoes with a slicer.Wash under cold water and drain.Smear little salt.Heat oil and fry chips in batches and place in a strainer to remove excess oil.Smear red chilli powder and little salt as needed.Cool and store in airtight container.
