Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 300 gmBaby potato
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2-3Bay leaves
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tbspChilli powder
  • 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  • 3 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 4 tbspTomato paste
  • 1/2 cupMustard oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the baby potato & peel them.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Fry the potatoes until it becomes red.

  4. 4

    Add bay leaves.

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste in it.

  6. 6

    Add salt.

  7. 7

    Add turmeric powder and chilli powder in it accordingly.

  8. 8

    Add tomato puree & cook in low flame for 2 minutes.

  9. 9

    When oil separates, add the potatoes in it.

  10. 10

    Add some water from outside to cook.

  11. 11

    When the gravy will be thick, add coriander leaves.

  12. 12

    Turn off the gas & serve with rooti / puri/ paratha
