Steps

Wash the tofu, cut the tofu in pieces and soak in water, boil the tofu in salted water for 3-5 minutes.. (tofu dose not fry) make a raw tofu.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion saute it till pink.

Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder mix well, add tomatoes puree Cook for few minutes..

Now add milk mix it for 2 minutes... Add wash green peas, 1 spoon sugar, 2 spoon malai or salt mix well...

Add tofu (soya paneer) mix well add 1/2 glass water, cook with cover for 5 minutes on medium flame.. Turns off flame..

Add garam masala or chopped coriander leaves..

Serve with chapati..
