Peel your plantain, wash and put in a pot,p lace on fire and add one cup of water, oil, maggi

Add salt, and palm oil. Cover to cook.

When the plantain is done,and the water is a little dry then add the vegetable and cook for 2minutes. Your plantain porridge is ready.
