Shepard's Pie in a Crescent Roll

Brown ground beef in skillet. Halfway thru add frozen veggies and cover while finishing the browning process. Add seasonings, tomatoes and cheddar cheese to beef mixture. Open one crescent roll package keeping it all intact. Placing a cookie sheet with the length extended and the smallest side towards your stomach. Unroll the crescent rolls but keep them all intact. Place the center line (perforated lines) of the rolls in the middle of the sheet left to right. There should be four squares intact on each side. The center of the crescent rolls (perforated lines) should be touching. Unroll the next set of crescent rolls and repeat as above. Now you should have a full pan of crescent rolls, with the perforated line in the center, so the points of the triangles are near the edge of the pan. Place beef mixture in the middle on the center line. Take one triangle from each side and fold it over to braid, repeat all the way down with each piece folding over to create a long braid.

Bake in oven at 350 for 35 minutes. If it begins to brown too fast in certain spots cover with foil. Bake until the entire braid is golden brown.
