Potato buttered Gnocchi with minced beef sauce

Peel, wash and boil potatoes in salt water. When cooked strain nad mesh. Add flour, onion power, white pepper and egg yolk. Mix, lightly knead until dough doesn't stick on work surface and then roll out. Cut, add oil to water and put in bolling water.

If gnocchi's starts to float then they are done. Take out and sear or brown a little.

Heat sauce pan. Add suace, your cut viggies and peas. Adjust seasoning and stir.

Serve and grate cheese ontop.
