  • 6small cooked beets, cut in quarters
  • 2medium tomatoes, cut in pieces
  • 1/4 cupfeta cheese
  • Approximately 15 basil leaves
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all of the ingredients together, stir and serve.

  2. 2

    Variety :
    Substitute basil for mint leaves.
    Add your favourite spices.
    Add 1/2 cup of corn.

  3. 3

    Great side dish to any protein meal.
