Ingredients

  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1 cupfried onion ginger garlic paste
  • 1boiled tomato puree
  • 1 tbspcashew-raisins paste
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add masala paste and tomato puree,saute well

  3. 3

    Add red chilli Powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Add cashew-raisins paste and paneer

  5. 5

    Mix well adding milk and sugar, serve hot.
