In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dhokla except Eno.

Add eno salt in the last when you have got a lump free smooth batter

Pour in a thick microwave safe greased cup so that the dhokla batter fills up almost of the cup.

Microwave on high for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
(first do for 2.5 minutes as mine was done) - 5
In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. After they crackle, add slit chilli, curry leaves, sugar and water.

Pour this tempering over the dhokla. Eat immediately!
