Steps

Cut the plantain and fry in vegetable oil select out and put in thesieve to drain out oil.parboil beans and rinse.

Boil the beans grate in ginger,Garlic and cut in onion keep boiling till is soft then add salt,crayfish,pepper,knorr seasoning and palmoil.
