Marinate the chicken and put in the fridge overnight. Steam for 15mins, add onions and add little water(optional),allow to cook till the chicken is tender, remove the chicken from the stock and shred.

Peel and dice the potatoes, carrot and onions.

Put the oil on fire, when hot add the diced onions and stir, add the shredded chicken and stir, allow for few mins, add the diced potatoes and carrots and stir.

Add seasoning cube and salt to taste, add garlic,curry and thyme. When it starts boiling add the chicken stock and allow to cook for the potatoes and carrot to get soft.

Mix 2 or 3 heaped tablespoon of all purpose flour with water. Mix smoothly to a milk consistency. Also get the milk ready about 100mls.

When the potatoes is cooked, reduce the heat, mix in the mixed flour and stir, add the milk and stir. When properly mix, put off the heat and allow the residual heat to steam up the mixture. Drop and set aside.

For the dough, sieve the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and mix to get a crumpy texture. Gradual mix in milk and water. Mix to get a firm ball. Cover the mixture and allow to stand for 30-40mins.

Knead the dough, cut out the desired shape, and the fillings and seal the edge with egg. Rub the egg over the top of the filled dough.

Put in the oven and bake.
