Ingredients

1/2 cuptamarind
1 handfulmint leaves
1/2 cupchopped lemongrass
2teaspoonful cinnamon
I stalk of rosemary
3 cupswater
6teaspoonful sugar

Steps

1

To the sufuria add the water,sugar,Cinnamon and tamarind
2

Let them boil for about 10mins with occasional stirring
3

Add the rosemary,lemongrass&mint and leave them to simmer for 5minutes
4

Stir and sieve your tea then serve hot with some cookies(optional)
