Pill and cut pawpaw into shapes.

Boil for 15mints til transperant.

Drain on a colander.

Add 2cups of water in a source pan or pot, add sugar to the warm water till sugar melt.

Add ur boiled pawpaw to d sugar syrup, allow to boil for 15mints. Put of d stove, add 1 teaspoon of flavour and allow to cool for 5mints.

Divide boild pawpaw into 4 diff bowl and add colours of your choice. I used red, green yellow nd didn't add anytin to d last possion.keep over night to absorb the colour.

Drain pawpaw mix in diff sieves to drain out sugar syrup and allow to dry for as long as u like. Me i sun dried for 3days sha😊

Its ready to use in the cake.
