  1. 1Chicken lap
  2. I Knorr Chicken
  3. Black pepper
  4. 2habanero pepper grated
  5. Onion flakes
  6. Grounded Ginger n garlic
  7. Salt
  8. Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Chicken, part dry with kitchen paper towel.

  2. 2

    Put on a clean slab.

  3. 3

    Get a bowl and add all the spices together.

  4. 4

    Rub on the Chicken generously n marinade for an hour at least.

  5. 5

    Grill /roast in a preheated oven and turn side by side till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve with cabbage, ketchup and drink of your choice.
