This is a very healthy recipe with zero oil.The combination of juicy pineapple and tangy spices makes this recipe a very delicious one and it can be a great starter snack to any healthy meal!!

Thoroughly wash a pineapple and cut off it's edges.Cut out triangular slices or any other shape that you like.

In a bowl prepare the marinate by mixing all the spices and sauces.Mix well and add the pineapple slices to it.All slices should get nicely coated.Keep this aside for 10-15 minutes.

Heat a nonstick tawa.Place the pineapple slices on the tawa.Cook for about 5 minutes on both sides on a medium flame.Take the slices off the tawa when they are golden brown on both sides.Serve hot!
