When it melts add lotus seeds

Stir well and cook on medium flame till it becomes crispyy

Now remove it from the pan

Now add kaju.peanut and almonds roast it at slow flame

Now put all the dry fruits in a platter

Add salt.turmeric powder curry patta.chat masala and mix well

Micro it for 3 minutes

When it becomes cool then store it.
