Tiramisù
Traditional recipe that's easy to make.
Steps

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add 6 tablespoons of sugar to the yolks. Beat the yolks well until they become light and fluffy. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Add the mascarpone cheese to the yolks and mix well. Finally, gently fold in the beaten egg whites using a hand whisk, mixing from bottom to top.

Dip the ladyfingers into the coffee mixed with 1 tablespoon of your chosen liqueur (rum is recommended). Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers, then spread a layer of the mascarpone cream on top. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and cream.

Finish with a generous dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder on top.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
