Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Cut them to your preferred size and grate the carrot.

Mix the lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, salt, and sumac. Dress the salad just before serving and enjoy!

You can also add any other vegetables you like, or top with fried pita bread for a delicious fattoush salad.
