Cooking Instructions
- 1
Boil water in an uncovered copper pan on 9 then add both to the pan with a silicone whisk and turn down heat to 4
- 2
Add berries then immediately cover pan with foil and wait until steam comes up around over the foil edge, it should look as pictured
- 3
Serve with fixings of your preference! For constipation, I like: blueberries because it helps me not to go in septic fatigue, jam because of more antioxidants, and sugar because it helps me not to faint.

Corn Soup Corn Soup
When I learned this recipe in junior college, it called for heating the flour with butter, and would become lumpy. I saw a TV show that showed sautéing onions before making the roux and adapted that procedure. Since then I've been making corn soup with onions.Since it burns easily and spits when boiling, be sure to mix well from the bottom. It hardens when cooled, so when heating leftovers the following day, be sure to mix before heating as well. Easy Tummy Soup Easy Tummy Soup
We're all told that chicken noodle soup is what to eat for all ills, but when it's your tummy that's the problem, a high fat soup with egg noodles is often the last thing you need. This is for those times.Note: This is a first draft recipe - we all have the stomach flu here to varying degrees. This recipe was created on the fly, so measurements are loose and will be tightened up the next time I do it! emilie.deseree -
Chicken Soup Chicken Soup
When I cook chicken at home, I remove the skin most of the time. So I always cook this with the removed skin. ♪Chicken breast doesn't have much skin, so you need 2 slices. If you use thigh meat, skin from 1 thigh would be enough.I used Japanese leek this time, but spinach or chives are also delicious. ♪ Recipe by OBU cookpad.japan
