Ingredients

  • 1small size potato chopped
  • 3-4 spoonbottal ground chopped
  • 4-5 spoonghee
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 spooncumin seeds
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  • 2 spoonmix dry fruits powder
  • 1/2 cuprosted daliya
  • 2 spoonoats
  • 1 spoonmoong daal
  • 1 spoonarhar daal
  • 1 spoonred masoor daal
  • 1 spoonrice
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 1chopped tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker heat ghee in the cooker.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds or hing saute few minutes.. Add mix dry fruits powder,Otas mix it..

  3. 3

    Add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes cook until soft, add chopped veggies and all daal, rice and roasted daliya mix well..

  4. 4

    Add 3-4 glass water cook with lid for 5-6 whist on medium flame.. Turn off flame..

  5. 5

    Multi grain daliya is ready to serve....
