Ingredients

1 packEl real Macaroni
3 pcs.jumbo hotdog
1 pc.carrot
1/2 pc.cabbage
onion and garlic
1 packsweet ham
15 cupstapwater
2 cansevaporated milk
peper and salt to add taste

Steps

Boil the tap water then add the El real Macaroni.

Check if the macaroni is already cook then add the milk(evaporated milk)

Add the hotdogs,ham,onion amd garlic and vegetables
4

Cook for 5 minutes,serve hot and enjoy
