Boil flat bean and mashed properly.

Heat a pan by adding mustard oil. Add nigella seeds and allow it to splutter. Add chopped garlic and shallow fry on low heat. Add boiled and mashed flat bean and cook on medium heat. Add salt sugar, turmeric powder, chilli paste and cook until the moisture part is total disappear.
