Ingredients

  • 1whole cow tongue
  • 10scotch bonnet
  • 10garlic cloves
  • 1large onion
  • 10cardamon
  • 4seasoning cubes
  • 3 tablespoonsground spice
  • Salt for washing

Steps

  1. 1

    You have to boil tongue in salt water for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Scrape top hard part with knife

  3. 3

    Wash again

  4. 4

    Blend scotch bonnet garlic and onion

  5. 5

    Add to pot and add all ingredients including the tongue.

  6. 6

    Cook for 1 hour

  7. 7

    Enjoy while hot especially for the cold weather.
