Add the salt, sugar, lemon rind, and a spoonful of oil to the warm water, slowly add the flour and knead until it is soft and not clingy..

Cover it and leave it for a while.. This makes the dough softer.. I use mine immediately as it is soft enough. Cut into balls of your liking, roll them and apply oil, then roll them into balls again. Meanwhile put the pan on your cooking stove and let it get just hot enough, roll the balls one by one in round shapes as you cook each side until browned.

Serve with tea or a stew of your choice..
