Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspMustard sauce
  2. 2 tbsphung curd
  3. 1 tbspcream cheese
  4. 1small onion very finely chopped
  5. 2 tspgrated carrots
  6. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1/2 tbsphoney(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl

  2. 2

    Mix nicely
    Dip is ready to serve with salad

  3. 3

    If you are adding more honey and want dip to be little runny then serve it over the chopped salad

  4. 4

    Eat more of raw vegetables as salad and stay healthy
