Steps

Take a brinjal apply few drops of oil and roast.

After roast cool and peel in skin and mashed.

Take a wok add oil then oil heat add ginger garlic saute then add peas,spring onion and normal onion till pinkish colour add tomato puree and all dry masala mix and saute then add green chilli.

After saute then add mashed brinjal mix and saute for 10 to 15 minutes in slow heat garnish green coriander and enjoy.

Serve with roti or parantha.
